Every EnrolWeb website design project follows a proven process so you know what to expect at each stage. This guide walks through the five phases from kickoff to launch and beyond.

Project phases

1

Discovery

We start with a call to understand your business, audience, goals, and competition. You’ll fill out a short brief so our team has everything they need. Timeline: 3-5 days.
2

Design

Our designers create mockups of the homepage and key interior pages. You review and give feedback. We iterate through the revisions included in your package. Timeline: 1-3 weeks.

Development

Once design is approved, we build the site: responsive layout, content management system, forms, integrations, and performance optimization. Timeline: 1-3 weeks.
4

Content & QA

We add your content (or migrate from your existing site), test across browsers and devices, and fix any issues before launch. Timeline: 3-5 days.
5

Launch

We deploy the site to your EnrolWeb hosting, configure DNS, install SSL, and go live. You get a walkthrough of the CMS and support docs. Timeline: 1-2 days.

What we need from you

Brand assets

Logo, brand colors, fonts, and any style guides.

Content

Page text, images, and any documents to be featured.

Access

Domain and hosting credentials (or we help you set them up).

Feedback

Timely reviews at each milestone to keep the project on schedule.

Communication

You’ll have a dedicated project manager and access to a shared project board where you can:
  • Review designs and prototypes
  • Leave feedback and comments
  • Track project milestones
  • Approve deliverables at each stage
We schedule check-in calls at each milestone plus ad-hoc calls when needed.

Typical timelines

Delays are almost always caused by waiting on content or feedback. Prep your content early and respond to reviews within 2 business days to hit your target launch date.

After launch

Your project includes post-launch support (30-90 days depending on package) covering:
  • Bug fixes and small tweaks
  • Training and how-to questions
  • Minor content updates
  • Performance monitoring
