Getting started

Sign in to your EnrolWeb dashboard, open your hosting plan, and click Manage to open cPanel. See [Shared Hosting](/Web Hosting/index).
Shared and WordPress hosting share server resources with other users and are managed for you. VPS hosting gives you dedicated resources and root access. See [VPS Hosting](/Web Hosting/notifications).
Point your domain’s nameservers to EnrolWeb, or update the A record to your hosting IP. See [Connect Your Domain to Hosting](/Web Hosting/notifications-2-2).

cPanel

Open your hosting plan in the EnrolWeb dashboard and click Manage or Open cPanel.
In cPanel, open Softaculous Apps Installer, choose WordPress, and click Install. See [WordPress Hosting](/Web Hosting/notifications-2).
Use the cPanel File Manager or connect via FTP/SFTP with the credentials in your dashboard.

Backups

Yes. EnrolWeb backs up your shared hosting account daily. See [Backups & Restore](/Web Hosting/managing-enrollments-2-2).
Retention varies by plan. Check your plan details for exact days.
Yes. Use cPanel’s Backup tool to download full or partial backups anytime.
Upload the backup file in cPanel’s Backup Wizard. Warning: this overwrites current data.

Migrations

Yes. EnrolWeb offers free assisted migrations for most cPanel and WordPress sites. See [Website Migration](/Web Hosting/managing-enrollments-2).
Most migrations finish within 24-48 hours after we receive access to your current host.

Performance

We support all currently supported PHP versions. Switch versions in cPanel > Select PHP Version.
Yes. EnrolWeb hosting works with Cloudflare and other major CDNs.
