Choosing a provider

Yes. All EnrolWeb email options work with your custom domain.
Yes. You can migrate mailboxes between providers, though it takes planning to avoid downtime.

Setup

Choose a provider, verify your domain, add MX records, create mailboxes, and configure clients. See [Email Setup](/Business Email & Collaboration/cant-sign-in-2-2-3).
MX records for delivery, plus SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for security and deliverability. See [Email DNS Records](/Business Email & Collaboration/cant-sign-in-2-2-3-2).
Usually a few minutes to a few hours, sometimes up to 48 hours.

Clients and devices

Use auto-config with your email and password, or enter IMAP settings manually. See [Email on Outlook](/Business Email & Collaboration/cant-sign-in-2-2-2).
Add the account in your device’s Mail app using IMAP settings, or use the provider’s dedicated app. See [Email on Mobile](/Business Email & Collaboration/cant-sign-in-2-2-2-2).

Delivery issues

Most likely missing SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records. See [Email Troubleshooting](/Business Email & Collaboration/index-2).
Check SMTP settings and confirm your ISP isn’t blocking port 25 or 587. Try port 465 with SSL/TLS.
Verify MX records, check disk quota, and look in the junk folder.

Security

Yes, for provider accounts and admin logins. Enable it in your provider’s admin panel.
From your EnrolWeb dashboard or provider admin console, open the mailbox and set a new password.
