EnrolWeb supports Node.js applications so you can run APIs, real-time apps, and full-stack projects alongside your regular websites. Manage everything from cPanel’s Application Manager.

Set up a Node.js application

Open Application Manager

In cPanel, find Setup Node.js App under the Software section.

Create a new application

Click Create Application and choose your Node.js version.

Configure paths

Set the application root (where your code lives), the application URL, and the application startup file (usually app.js or server.js).

Install dependencies

Enter the application, then click Run NPM Install to install packages from package.json.

Start the app

Click Start to run your application. Visit the assigned URL to test.

Manage environment variables

Open your app

In Setup Node.js App, click the pencil icon next to your application.

Add variables

In the Environment variables section, add each variable name and value.

Restart the app

Click Restart so your app loads the new values.

Deploy code updates

Upload new code

Use File Manager, FTP, or Git to update files in your application directory.

Install new dependencies

Run NPM Install in Application Manager if package.json changed.

Restart the application

Click Restart to load the new code.
