Set up Google Workspace

1

Go to workspace.google.com and choose a plan. Enter your EnrolWeb domain when prompted.
2

In your EnrolWeb DNS, remove existing MX records and add Google’s:
4

Add users

In the Google Admin console, go to Directory > Users and add each team member with a license.
5

Enable SPF, DKIM, and DMARC

Add these TXT records:
  • SPF: v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all
  • DKIM: Generate in the Google Admin console under Apps > Gmail > Authenticate email, then publish the TXT record
  • DMARC: v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:dmarc@yourdomain.com
For a refresher on record types, see [Email DNS Records](/Business Email & Collaboration/cant-sign-in-2-2-3-2).

Best for

Google Workspace is a strong fit for teams that already use Google tools, need generous cloud storage, or rely on real-time collaboration in Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Great for startups, agencies, and remote-first teams.
Don’t delete old mailboxes or backups until mail is flowing through Google and MX propagation is complete (up to 48 hours).
