Microsoft 365 gives your business professional email, Teams meetings, file storage, and the full Office suite connected to your EnrolWeb domain. This guide walks you through subscribing, verifying your domain, updating DNS, adding users, and configuring Outlook and Teams.

Set up Microsoft 365

Subscribe to a Microsoft 365 Business plan

Sign up at microsoft.com/microsoft-365/business or through your EnrolWeb dashboard. Pick a plan that matches your team size.

Verify your EnrolWeb domain

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, start the domain setup wizard. Copy the TXT verification record and add it as a TXT record at the root of your domain in EnrolWeb DNS. Click Verify.

Update MX records

In your EnrolWeb DNS, replace existing MX records with Microsoft’s mail server addresses. Allow up to 24 hours for propagation.

Add users and mailboxes

In the admin center, go to Users > Active users, click Add a user, and assign licenses. Bulk import users with CSV if needed.

Install Outlook and Teams

Download Outlook and Teams from the Microsoft 365 portal or app store. Sign in with each user’s credentials on every device.
