Open Settings
Tap Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.

Choose Other
Tap Other, then Add Mail Account.

Enter your details
Enter your name, email, password, and a description. Tap Next.

Select IMAP
Tap IMAP at the top.

Incoming server
- Host:
imap.enrolweb.com - Username: your full email
- Password: your mailbox password

Outgoing server
- Host:
smtp.enrolweb.com - Username: your full email
- Password: your mailbox password

Save
Tap Next, wait for verification, then tap Save.
Android Mail

Open your Mail app
Open the default Email or Mail app and tap Add account.

Enter email and password
Type your full email address and password, then tap Manual setup.

Choose IMAP
Select IMAP as the account type.

Incoming server
- Server:
imap.enrolweb.com - Port:
993 - Security: SSL/TLS

Outgoing server
- Server:
smtp.enrolweb.com - Port:
465 - Security: SSL/TLS
- Require sign-in: Yes

Finish
Tap Next, set your sync options, and name the account.
Gmail app

Add another account
Open Gmail, tap your profile picture, then Add another account.

Choose Other
Select Other (IMAP/POP) and enter your email and password.

Enter server settings
- Incoming:
imap.enrolweb.com, port 993, SSL - Outgoing:
smtp.enrolweb.com, port 465, SSL

Finish setup
Follow the remaining prompts and set your sync preferences.
Provider apps
If your mailbox is hosted with a third-party provider, use their app for the best experience:- Zoho Mail app (iOS, Android) for Zoho Mail accounts
- Gmail app for Google Workspace accounts (sign in with your Workspace credentials)
- Outlook mobile for Microsoft 365 accounts

Troubleshooting
Cannot connect
- Verify Wi-Fi or mobile data is working.
- Confirm servers are
imap.enrolweb.comandsmtp.enrolweb.com. - Confirm ports 993 (IMAP) and 465 (SMTP) with SSL/TLS.
- Re-enter your password if you recently changed it.
No new mail
- Check that Mail sync is enabled in account settings.
- Increase sync frequency or enable push if available.
- Check whether sync is limited to recent messages only.
Sync errors
- Remove the account and re-add it.
- Confirm SSL is enabled on both servers.
