# Hosting Troubleshooting

> Diagnose and fix common EnrolWeb hosting issues, including site downtime, slow performance, 500 errors, database issues, and email delivery problems.

When something goes wrong with your website, start here. This guide covers the most common EnrolWeb hosting issues and how to resolve them quickly.

## My website is down

<Steps>

    Confirm your domain points to EnrolWeb hosting. Use [whatsmydns.net](https://whatsmydns.net) to verify.

  <Step title="Check the status page">
    Visit the EnrolWeb status page to see if there's a known outage.

  <Step title="Verify hosting is active">
    Sign in to your dashboard and confirm your plan is active and not suspended.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check disk usage">
    A full disk can take your site offline. Free up space in cPanel > **Disk Usage**.

## My site is slow
