# Shared Hosting

EnrolWeb shared hosting is the fastest way to get a website online. Your site shares server resources with other customers, which keeps costs low while giving you everything you need to publish, manage, and grow.

## Activate your hosting

    Log in at [enrolweb.com](https://enrolweb.com).

    Go to **Hosting** and select the plan you purchased.

  <Step title="Connect a domain">
    Attach an existing domain or register a new one to your hosting.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open cPanel">
    Click **Manage** to open cPanel, where you can upload files, create email accounts, and install apps.

## Upload your website

You can publish your site in a few ways:

* **File Manager**: upload files directly from cPanel.
* **FTP/SFTP**: use an FTP client like FileZilla with the credentials in your hosting dashboard.
* **One-click installer**: install WordPress or another CMS and edit from there.

## When to upgrade
