# Business Email

> EnrolWeb Business Email gives you custom-domain mailboxes, webmail access, IMAP/POP/SMTP support, spam filtering, and email aliases and forwarders.

EnrolWeb Business Email lets you create professional mailboxes on your own domain (like [you@yourdomain.com](mailto:you@yourdomain.com)). This page explains what's included and how to activate your plan and create your first mailbox.

## What's included

* Custom-domain mailboxes ([you@yourdomain.com](mailto:you@yourdomain.com))
* Webmail access from any modern browser
* IMAP, POP, and SMTP support for desktop and mobile clients
* Built-in spam and virus filtering
* Email aliases and forwarders
* Auto-responders and vacation replies
* Storage and send limits based on your plan

## Activate Business Email

<Steps>
  <Step title="Sign in to EnrolWeb">
    Log in at [enrolweb.com](https://enrolweb.com).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Email Services">
    Go to **Email Services** in your dashboard and select **Business Email**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a plan">
    Pick the plan that matches your mailbox count and storage needs.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete checkout">
    Enter your domain name and finish the order. If your domain is not with EnrolWeb, you'll be prompted to update MX records.
  </Step>

## Create your first mailbox

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Email Management">
    Go to **Services > Business Email** and click **Manage** on your active plan.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add a mailbox">
    Click **Create Mailbox**, enter the username, and set a strong password.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save and test">
    Click **Create**, then log in to webmail to confirm the mailbox works.
  </Step>

<Tip>
  Use a strong password with at least 12 characters. Enable two-factor authentication where available.

## Access your email
