# Email on Mobile

> Set up EnrolWeb business email on iPhone, iPad, and Android using the native Mail app, Gmail, Outlook, or provider apps with IMAP and SMTP.

This page shows you how to add your EnrolWeb business email to iPhone, iPad, and Android. You can use the built-in Mail app, Gmail, Outlook mobile, or your provider's dedicated app.

## iOS Mail

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Settings">
    Tap **Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Other">
    Tap **Other**, then **Add Mail Account**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your details">
    Enter your name, email, password, and a description. Tap **Next**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select IMAP">
    Tap **IMAP** at the top.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Incoming server">
    * Host: `imap.enrolweb.com`
    * Username: your full email
    * Password: your mailbox password
  </Step>

  <Step title="Outgoing server">
    * Host: `smtp.enrolweb.com`
    * Username: your full email
    * Password: your mailbox password
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Tap **Next**, wait for verification, then tap **Save**.
  </Step>

<Tip>
  Keep SSL turned on for both incoming and outgoing servers. iOS enables it automatically when reachable.

## Android Mail

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open your Mail app">
    Open the default **Email** or **Mail** app and tap **Add account**.

  <Step title="Enter email and password">
    Type your full email address and password, then tap **Manual setup**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose IMAP">
    Select **IMAP** as the account type.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Incoming server">
    * Server: `imap.enrolweb.com`
    * Port: `993`
    * Security: SSL/TLS
  </Step>

  <Step title="Outgoing server">
    * Server: `smtp.enrolweb.com`
    * Port: `465`
    * Security: SSL/TLS
    * Require sign-in: Yes
  </Step>

  <Step title="Finish">
    Tap **Next**, set your sync options, and name the account.
  </Step>

## Gmail app

    Open **Gmail**, tap your profile picture, then **Add another account**.

  <Step title="Choose Other">
    Select **Other (IMAP/POP)** and enter your email and password.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter server settings">
    * Incoming: `imap.enrolweb.com`, port 993, SSL
    * Outgoing: `smtp.enrolweb.com`, port 465, SSL

  <Step title="Finish setup">
    Follow the remaining prompts and set your sync preferences.
  </Step>

## Provider apps

If your mailbox is hosted with a third-party provider, use their app for the best experience:

* **Zoho Mail app** (iOS, Android) for Zoho Mail accounts
* **Gmail app** for Google Workspace accounts (sign in with your Workspace credentials)
* **Outlook mobile** for Microsoft 365 accounts

## Troubleshooting

### Cannot connect

* Verify Wi-Fi or mobile data is working.
* Confirm servers are `imap.enrolweb.com` and `smtp.enrolweb.com`.
* Confirm ports 993 (IMAP) and 465 (SMTP) with SSL/TLS.
* Re-enter your password if you recently changed it.

### No new mail

* Check that Mail sync is enabled in account settings.
* Increase sync frequency or enable push if available.
* Check whether sync is limited to recent messages only.

### Sync errors

* Remove the account and re-add it.
* Confirm SSL is enabled on both servers.
